Dear Alex, sorry for my late response. I have tried to heat up the crystal with a hot air gun while connected. The Audiomoths I used for the tests stayed connected. I have also picked the Audiomoth that were in the worst condition and checked for corrosion, yet have not been able to detect any. I also tried to heat them with the hot air gun and try to connect them afterwards, which was also working completely fine. Let me know if there is any other tests that I could do. David

Dear Alex, We have contacted Andy regarding this matter, as we were not able to replicate the error in any possible way at LABmaker. Currently all of the functional units can be configured and were thoughroughly been tested. Here is all the necessary info that might help you. Devices: Audiomoth V1.0.0 and V1.1.0 Firmware Version: 1.8.2 Here at LABmaker we were using the most recent Version of the Configuration App (1.9.2). Devices were sourced through LABmaker and are currently for inspection with us. David
