A new version of the configuration app is now available. It includes several bugfixes and small features additions.
Make sure you're using the latest version before making a post in the support forum, as the issue you're having may have been fixed in a subsequent update.
In order to use the new features added in the new Configuration App, you'll need to update your AudioMoth firmware to the latest version (1.2.1).
Peter,
First, thanks to you and the team for developing this wonderful device, which as so many potential applications.
While attempting to update to firmware version 1.2.2 I have run into a problem with the "flash" utility which reports "No serial ports found".
What seems bizarre is that I've had this outcome on 3 computers; two ruining windows 10, and one running Linux Mint 18.3 Cinnamon 64-bit!
In each case the configuration app is able to communicate with the AudioMoth over the USB cable.
On the Linux machine I get the same outcome with "./flash" or "sudo ./flash" so it's unlikely to be a permissions problem.
If it helps diagnose this problem the following is the results from "lsusb" :>
