A new version of the configuration app is now available. It includes support for a frequency trigger and a new setting which creates a new folder for each day of recordings.
Make sure you're using the latest version before making a post in the support forum, as the issue you're having may have been fixed in a subsequent update.
In order to use the new features added in the new Configuration App, you'll need to update your AudioMoth firmware to the latest version (1.8.0).
Download and apply the firmware to your devices using the AudioMoth Flash App.
The best way to set a frequency trigger is by getting a recording of your target file and loading it up in the Filter Playground: https://www.openacousticdevices.info/filter-playground
Once in the Playground you can experiment with different settings and see on the plots exactly what features in the audio would trigger your device. Once you have a configuration you're happy with, export the .config file and load it in the Configuration App to apply to your devices!
Can you suggest how to set the frequency trigger? Cound You prepare some manual?
Great news :-).We tested the daily folder option in a demo version for the last two month and it works very well. We recorded more than 100,000 files on a 128 Gb SD card without any problems.
