I have just started to set up the configuration menu and it is too large for my laptop. The configuration button has fallen off the screen ? Also I have just checked my second moth which has never been used yet and the battery compartment is damaged and the battery falls out. Would appreciate some help.

Hi Fran, thanks for getting in touch and sorry to hear about the battery enclosure issue. Could you confirm when you received the AudioMoth that was damaged?

Just remembered you did let me keep the second one for nothing as it was sent again in error so technically you do not owe me another. BUT I would dearly like to donate it to the local Bird Reserve as they had not heard of it and were keen to try it out, maybe call it PR !
