Hi all,
Ive tried configuring the device as per https://www.openacousticdevices.info/setup-guide, at step 8 the time remains "greyed out".
I have tried using Windows troubleshooter re-starting the PC to fix potential driver issues (didnt help), it shows up as "Easylog USB Device"as below. I have tried running the lastest version of Audiomoth flash app, also didnt help, it shows "No AudioMoth found".
Any help greatly appreciated
OS - Windows 10
Config Setup Version - 1.2.5
Flash App Version - 1.3
Have you attempted using a different USB port or cable?

Thankyou Andy, that did the trick, AM working as should now. Much appreciated
I think the issue is the EasyLog driver (https://www.lascarelectronics.com/software/easylog-software/easylog-usb) which is capturing the device for some reason. Can you try deleting the driver and allowing Windows to reinstall the correct driver when the AudioMoth is plugged in? See if that helps.
Hi Andy, yes its in the USB/OFF position, I get a brief green flash for less than a second then it goes off
Thanks for the message, can you confirm the switch is set to USB/OFF when the USB cable is inserted? Do the LEDs remain green when plugged in?
Anybody?
I have tried different cables, batteries, memory cards and card formatting techniques. Quite disappointed as I hoped to trial these now.
Thanks
