Cannot configure audiomoth

I am trying to set up my AudioMoth 1.0.0 and download the configuration app. Once I’ve set up the configuration and plugged in the AudioMoth device using the USB port (the batteries and SD card are okay), I still see the grey time (see the attachment). It is in USB/Off position

. Any help in resolving this matter would be much appreciated

HI Duminda,

What version of Windows are you using? Nearly all communication problems are due to using a charging cable that has no data lines. Make sure that you are using a USB cable that supports data transmission first.

Hi Alex,

Thank you for your response. I believe there was an issue with the USB cable. Now, everything is good and I was able to configure and set up all the AudioMoth devices.
