Empty folder after expanding

Hi there,

I recently deployed 14 Audiomoths to record bats. Most of them work fine and the files expanded no worries, however a couple of them have recordings (albeit quite small at 32KB) but when I try to expand them the destination folder remains empty depsite the app saying "sucessfully expanded 390 files". Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hi Chantelle, Can you post an example of one of the T.WAV files that doesn't seem to expand correctly? Does this still happen if you select an individual file? Alex

Thanks Alex. I just tried testing it with voice recording after reformatting the SD card and putting in fresh batteries. Unfortunately the same thing happens. When it's recording the red and green lights are emitting short flashes indicating a recoding failure. Is there anyway to fix this?

Check that the card is definitely formatted as FAT32 or exFAT, and double check with another card.

Just tried this and unfortunately the same thing happened. Flashing lights and zero length files
