I have successfully flashed 40+ AudioMoths, but there are a few instances where I deal with faulty pairing between my laptop and the device. The video below shows my AudioMoth plugged in AFTER I updated the firmware (1.3.0). As you can see, my laptop will detect my device, but then it "drops it". It indefinitely repeats this process so I'm unable to set the time/configure the AudioMoth. It is not an issue with the cable, as this did not occur when I first updated my firmware through the Flash App - that process went smoothly.

Is this happening with a few specific devices or all you've flashed in this way?
