Ever since a configuration upgrade my recorders are skipping every third file programmed to be recorded. I have had a discussion with others on the device support for the past two days and we are making no headway. I have run numerous tests using the settings 0 sleep, and 900s record, and the only time all the files were recorded, even with older batteries, was when I neglected to change the record-sleep period from the default 5s,55s. Then all the files recorded. Is there s fix for this or can we switch back to a previous configuration file? This one is not working properly.. And yes, I unchecked the box for low voltage cut-off.

Thank you, Andy I ran a test last night at 5 sec sleep and all is well. In former configurations - over 1,000 hours this did not happen at 0 sec.
Hi Russ, This issue is discussed in the following chat https://www.openacousticdevices.info/support/main/comment/5ef1b9f1559b5a0017b48085. At zero second sleep time, AudioMoth doesn't have time to open and close the file in time and then is out of sync with the schedule. Its solution is to skip a recording to get back on schedule. The solution is to create longer sleep times between files. The latest configuration app takes this into account and gives you a warning if you force it into lower sleep time.
Let us know if you have any further questions.
