How to set local time with mobile app?

I installed the Android app to be able to set the device's clock without using the computer if power goes out (with firmware v. 1.5). The app displays UTC time with information about my time zone below (UTC+2 in my case), but the audiomoth is always set on UTC when I chime it. Is there any possibility to select local time instead?

Hi, Yes, the local timezone (and whether to use the local timezone or always use UTC instead) is set in the configuration. So if you configure your AudioMoth with the 'Local Time' selected, that will tell it which timezone to use, and all the subsequent recordings will use that timezone, even when the time is set on the smartphone app. Alex

Thank you, looks like I set something wrong earlier so UTC was used, I tested again and the device behaved as expected this time. Sorry for the trouble. Best, Jernej
