Hi, I have a problem with the configuration. At first everything worked fine, then the rest intervals were random and now there is no way I can record the default. Is there any way to reset the audiomoth? or what is the solution ?.

Hi everyone. I think they can be SD cards, because I changed the card and it worked for a few days, and they are not very good quality. when I say that the rest intervals are not respected, it is because I set it to record 1 minute and rest another minute, but when I checked the first hour it did well, but then I rested 15 minutes, 17 m, even recording 2 minutes in one hour.
I will try to format the SD card, if I don't buy a better one. Thanks.
Hi Ariel, As David says taking the batteries out will completely reset the AudioMoth. If the problems persist it is most likely the SD card. Which make and model of card are you using? It is generally better to reformat the card between deployments, rather than just deleting the files, as this makes access to the card faster when the AudioMoth needs to open a new file. Can you show an example of what you mean by the 'rest intervals were random'. Alex
Hi Ariel,
When you plug in your device, what version of firmware does it say you're on?
It might be worth reflashing your AudioMoth with the latest firmware using this guide: https://www.openacousticdevices.info/flashing

removing the batteries is the reset, some random shots in the dark, have you tried with fresh alkaline batteries? and/or using USB power off the computer or a powerstore. Assuming you can write/read off the SD card in a computer, try reformatting the card. If it still will not record I'd flash the audiomoth with the latest firmware (remember to update the apps as well) - Good Luck
