Hello Alex
I am searching in my PC configuration, and really AudioMoth doesn't connect to PC. Code S24B150 isn't AudioMoth.
I will send my AudioMoth to my supervisor of project for if he has more luck than me with cable.
Thank you very much for your help
Jordi
Okay if the PC notices the AudioMoth then that's progress. Can you show me a screenshot of what you mean by 'in Windows configuration page it appears a new device with the code S24B150'. You should update to the new Config App which is version 1.5.0 but this isn't the cause of the problem. Can you also try running the Flash App to see if it is finding the device already in flash mode. Alex
Hello Alex
I haven't got luck with my new tries. Another new batteries and data cables, and nothing.
When I connect AudioMoth to PC, in Windows configuration page it appears a new device with the code S24B150. I suppose is AudioMoth. So PC dettects AudioMoth, but it doesn't load hour and date in AudioMoth Configuration App (I insert screenshot).
I do not know what else to do
Thank you very much for your help

@ebpallarsjussa Hi Jody, Any luck with with this? Alex
Hi Jordi, About 90% of these connection problems normally turn out to be cable and the remaining issues are normally driver problems. It's very rare for the hardware to be the issue as the USB connection is used to program the device when it is manufactured. If you have tried a number of different cables, check in the Windows Device Manager as you plug in to see if Windows is noticing the device. Alex
