settings for capturing usual forest noises

Hi i set mine up to capture early morning and late date forest sounds(spectrum i would hear) and all i got was the initial noise of me fastening the device to a tree then nothing for a month then sounds of me retrieving the device.

I want to set audiomoth to capture daily bird calls, forest sounds, etc that i can hear...what sound range capture setting should i use?Thanks
