I've just taken delivery of two Audiomoths and am trying to set them up. I'm not sure what I've done wrong, but have formatted the SD card, inserted the brand new Duracell batteries, downloaded the app and connected the Audiomoth to the PC using the supplied cable, and the PC just says the device has not been recognised. I've re-formatted the SD card in MS-DOS, tried several cables that I know both upload and download data and still it doesn't work. Bizarrely it does connect (and update the clock) when the batteries are out. I'm using Windows 7, 64bit. Does anyone have any tips for what to try next?

Hello I have also an Errorcode (10) from Windows. The Device is not able to be started.
I have a AM Rev. 1.1.0. connected with a proper/validated USB cable. I couldnt started it on 3 PC's, with connected USB and switched Mode from Default to USB/OFF and Custom to USB/OFF.
The PC recognized that there is a "EASYLOG USB Device" but announced a Driver failiure, as shown in the Screenshot attached to this post
maybe this could be usefull to
