USB/OFF when configuring?

Hi, I just wanted to check that the AudioMoth should stay with the switch in the USB/OFF position when using the configuration app? Even when you press "Configure AudioMoth" in the app?

Then when ready to turn on in the field, change the switch to CUSTOM?

Yes, when in the switch is in the USB/OFF position the clock on AudioMoth is running and the configuration is in memory so when you switch to CUSTOM it is ready to go (you need to keep the batteries in). The power consumption in USB/OFF is negligible so you can leave the batteries in with the switch in USB/OFF for years.
