Hi, The case is completely waterproof so the AudioMoth will be protected. AudioMoth version 1.2.0 will give the best recording quality. Carefully check that the switch does not touch the side of the case. On later AudioMoth models the switch was inset. I’m not sure if version 1.0.0 will fit inside the case. Alex
