approx. time of arrival from GroupGets?

Hi! I'm contacting about Groupgets order #GG-4342 and if you're able to tell me what stage it's at (in prep, shipped, etc). We placed our order individually (rather than waiting for the group shipment) and paid extra for the expedited shipping option because we've really been hoping for shipment as soon as possible. Looking to do some experiments in the Arctic and winter is coming soon! The order will be shipping to Sweden (Umeå) Please let me know if you have any information and can give us an estimate of when it might ship!

We are to conduct some field work by the end of the month for which the AudioMoths are an essential part. We didn't expect such delay when planning it a few months ago.

Would it be possible to let me know the approx date for our order to be delivered, please? The order number was ORDER LA#1962. We need these for a field course starting in mid-June, but from the thread above I can't be sure whether they would have been shipped yet.

Hi Xavier, The last bulk shipment is currently being dispatched to all remaining UK / EU customers (Monday 20th May) after clearing customs this week. This will complete all of the orders from Round 6. I'll make a note to send you your tracking number once dispatched too.

thank you, but the address will remain the same. Unfortunately, because of the delay of the arrival of the recorders all the fieldwork will be dealyed, losing very important data.

I really hope tge material will arrive as soon as possible.

Hi Alessia, Group Gets has now started to receive the first batches off the production line from Circuit Hub and we are about to commence shipping early next week. Please do let us know if you believe you address needs to be updated and get in touch if you haven't already to we have help expedite your order. David - This is correct. Factory lead time was April and we have just started to receive the first devices so have provided a delivery update. Once the devices we bulk import have cleared customs in the UK we'll be able to offer actual delivery dates for UK / EU orders which is why a guaranteed delivery date cannot be provided until this process is complete.

We've just received the first 10 builds to test and once these are tested, GroupGets should start shipping the rest.

I would like to ask you if there are any news about the shipment of the purchased material. According to what has been written in this forum thread this should be the period of the arrival of the devices. How long do you think it will take still to receive them? It might be useful for us to know how much time it will take to better organise our field activities. We would need to start no later than the end of April....

Thanks for the info!

Hopefully faster than that. The current campaign will close when it reaches 1500 devices and it should then be just over a month before GroupGets start to ship them - assuming a week to collect payments and then four weeks to manufacture them. They sometimes run into delays if components go out of stock before the order goes in. So hopefully early April rather than May.
