Hello, I'm interested in purchasing ~25 Hydromoths as soon as possible. On the most recent GroupGets campaign I see it says "1389 of 1950 units still available" - does that mean there are unsold units still available for purchase?

The information you see is correct; the quantity "1389 out of 1950 units remaining" means that there are still unsold units. You can buy them as soon as possible.
