We are trying to place a bulk order but the lead time is uncertain. I have also checked the BOM of AudioMoth to fabricate it, but the Geeko processor is out of stock. How do I get AudioMoth in bulk?

Email Andy at andy@openacousticdevices.info and he'll be able to advise on what might be possible. The Silicon Labs Gecko processor (along with most other microcontrollers) is in very short supply at the moment.
