Hello,
Wondering whether anyone has any experience using Audiomoths in very hot climates, please? I am planning on using Audiomoths in north east Brazil where the temperature will easily get to 40-45 deg C and we've experienced trail cams not coping well. I'm planning on placing the devices in shades but can anyone recommend anything else?
Many thanks in advance!
Nat :-)
I was thinking the same thing and am surprised to not see any response to this question. I plan to deploy during summer months in the southeastern US using the IPX-7 case. Not much I can do about hot air temp and high humidity, except find shade. However, if that's not available, can Audiomoths (v.1.2) survive and operate in direct sunlight and this climate?
