I have a problem with device. I tried to connect the device with my computer but the device doesn´t work. I tried to change the battery and also connect the device with another computer but the device still doesn´t work. I don´t know what´s wrong. Can you help me with this problem?

Can you describe what you mean when you say it 'doesn't work'? Does the Config App not recognise the device? Has this device previously worked with this computer? Most communication problems between the computer and the AudioMoth are due to the USB cable being a charging cable that does not support data transfer. Try another USB that you know works for data.
