Hi there, I used many Audiomoths last summer and all went well. However, this year they are not receiving the chime from the app. Both the firmware and app are up to date so I'm not sure what the issue is.
Can anyone provide any advice?
The devices record in default fine and can be set with a time from the laptop. I am using a custom schedule (same as last year).
Hi Sophie, Are you on Android or iOS? Do you know what firmware the AudioMoth are using? If they are earlier than 1.10.0 they will not recognise the chime when the location is used. In that case you can just switch off location on the app and this will then set the time correctly. Alex
