Hi - apologies if this has been solved somewhere else, I have searched previous Forum messages on this but none seem to cover my particular issue.
I have three AMs (1.2.0) which I have always succesfully configured using a Windows 10 desktop computer. Up until now. When I plug any of the units these are not recognised by the PC. I have updated the Configuration app and the flash app just in case, I have changed batteries, I have tried different cables but no luck. Is there anything I should be updating in Windows.
Any pointers would be much appreciate - hopefully it's something simple. Many thanks,

It doesn't appear to be. I'd have another go with a different cable if you can.
This is the list I have , with one AM plugged to the USB port- is it any of these?
It's probably not related to Windows as the device should always appear in Device Manager no matter the version. It could either be a cable issue or intermittent USB connector. As its happening on all three devices, it is most likely the cable or the USB connector on the PC side. I'd try a few more different cables if you can.
Have the USB cables you've tried worked previously on other AudioMoths?
Do they appear in Device Manager? When you plug the AMs into the PC by USB do any of the LEDs light up?
