I have an issue with one of my Audiomoths that hasn't been used yet. When I connect it to my computer and switch it to USB/off, I don't have any response from the unit (no lights turning on, isn't recognized on my computer). This unit hasn't been deployed yet (just took it out the packaging), so I'm not sure if it's just a faulty unit or if there's something I can do to get it operational. I haven't had any issues with the other units purchased from this order.

Hi, Try following the instructions under 'Show Manual Switch Instructions' in the Flash App. It's a bit fiddly, you need to hold a paperclip on the 'prog' terminals while applying power via the USB cable (you can practice with a device that you know is working okay), but it will normally then allow you to reflash the firmware.
