Hello! I am trying to expand some bat files using the configuration app and I keep getting an error message for each file saying "Could not find RIFF chunk ID". Has anyone else experienced this? Any suggestions on how to fix this or what caused this? Thanks!

Can you send it to alex@openacousticdevices.info . Also if you can post a screenshot of the listing of the SD card showing the file names and the file sizes, that will be useful.
if you have the device handy can you confirm what firmware it has installed.
I do not have access to Dropbox through my work computer, but I can send the .zip file via email. I just tried it and I was able to send it that way. For some reason the CONFIG.TXT file is blank. This affected one device with 25 files. The .zip file I mentioned contains one of the .wav files compressed.
Can you provide a bit more context? How many files are affected? Is it just one device?
Can you put the file in Dropbox and send a link? Also can you post the associated CONFIG.TXT file here?
Hi Alex. The .wav file is too large to upload and when I try to upload the .zip file I get an error message saying "Your file didn't upload. Check your internet connection and try again." I have tried multiple times and restarted my computer. I'm not sure why it isn't working.
I am fairly certain the files have not be resaved with another application. All of the other study site data was uploaded to the hard-drive in the same way and all the other files have worked.
Hi, Can you post the file here. This sometime happens if you have resaved the file with another application as it changes the file format from that which was originally generated by the AudioMoth. Alex
