I cannot access the generated files. I have windows 10 I have tried with USB activated and I cannot open the icon. Can someone tell me the steps? I'm sure it's simple but I can't find them. Thank you so much

Hi Silvia, You need to remove the SD card and read the files directly from a card. Some laptops will have a SD card reader slot. On desktop machines you may need a SD card reader. The USB interface is only for changing the firmware and setting recording schedules. The USB interface supported by the low-power processor that AudioMoth uses would be too slow to use for file transfer.

No problem. It was something we looked at adding to the AudioMoth firmware, but it would be too slow to really be useful.
