filter noise files with kaleidoscope free

I've installed a lower version but the problem stills here.

I choose my file folder as input and an empty folder as output and I select move noise files to a subfolder (I don't want to create a copy of my files so I don't select anything else). Then I click on "Process files" and when it's done I click on "Open results" and I choose the meta.csv in my output directory, most of the files that are opened are noise files, no filter, no subfolder. ¿Do you think that it's anything wrong in my steps?
