I recovered one of my AudioMoths a couple of days ago to find a brownish fluid had leaked from around the SD card slot, visible on top of the board (eroded the green colour) and also visible within the waterproof case. No sound files captured on SD card so re-ployed it in my garden last night immediately next to another AudioMoth (same height/orientation). No sound files captured on SD card again but the other AudioMoth captured half a dozen bat calls. Will try again tonight with another SD card but has anyone had any similar experience? Any tips to resolve?

Of course, thanks Alex. That's what it must have been. There is a fair bit of corrosion and still some residue in/around the microSD slot (and on the card itself) but the device is still recording WAV files (and the waterproof case is still solid).
This sounds like water damage or the battery has leaked?
