I would like to make some stereo recordings using two audiomoth devices and I would like to know what is the mem microphone polar pattern. Is it omni, cardioid, directional...?
I really apprecite any information.

According Directivity specifications from the datacheet you have linked it is "Omni‐directional". Is this the mem mic used by Audiomoth?
I haven't seen any measured directional sensitivity plots for the actual microphone used but most MEMS microphones claim to be omni-directional.

As part of our trials with the Bat Conservation Trust we did some directional tests of the sensitivity to bat calls and I'll post up a link to the report shortly.
