Trying to flash latest firmware for AudioMoth following instructions in AudioMoth Manual.pdf but keep getting cmd.exe/flash.exe error "incorrect arguments" ? Could this be the downloaded .bin file name Audiomoth1.2.0.bin with all those dots ?

You need the '-u' option as per the summary -
flash.exe -u COM3 AudioMoth1.2.0.bin
An earlier version of flash didn't need '-u' but we changed it to make it more consistent.
