Problems on configuration

Hi! We're experiencing some configuration issues with Hydromoth, which I'm using to record cetaceans. Without choosing a precise timetable, we would like to program the hydrophone to begin recording on Monday at 10 am, for example, and continue recording for the remainder of the week. Is it possible to do?

Hi Alex! Thank you for your answer, although I think I did not express myself well with my concern. What I want to know is if it is possible to record from a day and time for example 19/9 at 10 am. and continue recording the rest of the days starting a 00 am.

Thanks Alex! The problem is that is under water for at least 4 days, so I can´t use the magnetic key. Also, I want to know if you have an estimation on how much batteries use the hydromoth if the sample rate is 192 kHz.

You can set a schedule to record all day from 00:00 to 24:00 everyday, enable the magnetic switch for delayed start in the Config App and then switch immediately to CUSTOM. You are then in a low energy ‘delayed start’ mode and the green LED will flash once every 4 seconds.

When you deploy them, you then start recording with the magnet from outside the housing. It will then start folllowing the schedule from that point.

The Config App will tell you the energy consumption per day for any schedule you set. A typically set of alkaline batteries will have a capacity of about 2800mAh.

Hi, It's not possible to schedule recording by the day of the week, but you can set a specific date on which the first and last recordings are made:
