two of the 64 audiomoths I received do not worked at all (neither in default mode or trying to connect to a pc), any signal of life...ho can I do? Can I still ask for new devices? we never had the opportunity to use those 2 devices. please let me know. Thanks.

Even if there is no sign of life? Could it be?

Hi Matteo, Did these come from LabMaker or GroupGets? It is most likely that they were incorrectly flashed for some reason. If you follow the instructions under the 'Show Manual Switch Instructions' in the AudioMoth Flash App, you can probably recover them.
The process is a bit fiddly but involves holding a paper clip onto the PROG connector whilst applying power by plugging in the USB cable (without batteries installed). This will launch the AudioMoth into flash mode and you can reflash the firmware. Before doing so check that an AudioMoth that you know works is visible to the Flash App and that you can update the firmware correctly on that version.
The process is a bit fiddly - easier with three hands - but will generally always work in the end.
