hello everyone,
I am currently working on a research project involving a state threatened amphibian in New Jersey, USA. My first Audiomoth rusted a bit after a week just using the provided bag. It was sitting on the edge of a vernal pool and there were heavy rains and high humidity. Anyway, I purchased some pelican micro cases and was hoping to build my own cases since I missed the Group Gets fundraiser for the official cases. I read through some posts here and wanted to see the overall success others have had with building their own cases and what did others use as waterproof protection for the microphone portion of the device. Thank you in advance.
Hi Sally, The official ones will be available again in a month or so, and then regularly after that from the GroupGets and LabMaker stores if there is sufficient demand. Alex
