I purchased 6 audiomoths at the start of August and have just taken them out of their packaging to update the firmware prior to going out in the field at the end of the month. 5/6 updated and configured without issues. The remaining audiomoth is not recognisable by my computer/the flash app/ the config app/time app. I am using Windows 10 and I have made sure I am using a data cable. I have also tried on 3 different computers with no luck.
Can anyone please help?

Hi Bradley, Make sure you have the most up to date version of the Flash App (1.1.0) and then follow the instructions under the 'Show Manual Switch Instructions' menu option. This will involve removing batteries, holding a paperclip on the programming contacts, and then plugging in the USB cable so that the device powers up directly into flash mode. This should then allow you to update the firmware. Alex
