Both leds flashing intermittently

Hi AudioMoth community, I have problems with one device. Both led lights (red & green) flashes intermittently every second, wether in USB/off mode, or Default or Custom. And Ican't access configuration app or time app when connected with USB port in my laptop?. Help Please!!!!

Thanks for troubleshooting this with us. It appears that the switch might have a hardware issue. Can you give me an email @ andy@openacousticdevices.info and we can work out a fix?

Found out, that device connected to laptop in USB-off mode, with SD card inserted and taking away all batteries, still both led flashes and seems not connecting with Time App (see short video)

If it stops doing this and only flashes red when an SD card is in the slot then the switch is stuck in the DEFAULT position and it is complaining that there isn't an SD card. If if carried on flashing, then the switch is stuck in CUSTOM mode and it is complaining that the time hasn't been set. Either way the problem is with the switch. Try changing position a few times. Is it loose?

Hi Alex, It stops only if I take away batteries. I tried inserting SD card and changing positions between usb/off - custom, or usb/off - default, and does not stop. Both leds still flashing if I take away SD card. It is not loose. Is it bad news?
