Hello, I am using ubuntu 22.04 and I cannot configure device without flash to 1.8.0. However, this is not possible even after playing around manual switch to flash mode (paperpin). Please have a look on print-screens and tell me what I made wrong. Thank you very much for your help! Peter

Make sure you have followed all the instructions at the bottom of the page here - https://www.openacousticdevices.info/applications - particularly the ones relating to the serial port access. You may have to logout and login again after making this change, for the change to be applied.
