Devices not found in configurator or flash app

This a v1.2 device, which previous worked.

I'm using Windows 11

Removed batteries, and ssd, and set the device to USB.

In device manager, I see it in the USB section as Audio Moth (winusb)

I see a green led on the device I hear the sound of a device connecting but apps do not connect.

Using flashapp, and a paperclip, I update to latest firmware. This does not help. I will try on a Mac or a Linus system...

Can you post a screenshot of the Device Manager information. This sounds like a driver issue. Make sure you have tried powering on and off your computer.

The EasyLog driver seems to incorrectly claim the same VID and PID as AudioMoth uses. It shouldn’t do this as this pair is owned by Silicon Labs and it should let the operating system assign the default driver. The solution is to delete the EasyLog driver, then plug the AudioMoth in again so that Windows assigns the correct default driver.
