Hi
I am flashing my Audiomoth devices with 1.10.1 firmware from 1.9.3. 19 of the devices flashed just fine, but one of them refused to cooperate. The given error is added as a screenshot below. I tried to detach and reattach, but no luck so far. The device itself seems to work. I can configure it, and the Audiomoth-live app gets a signal. I'll try to make some recordings during the night to check further. A week ago, the device was working properly.
I am using the latest MacOS operatingsystem.
The SRAM also isn’t used when running as an AudioMoth USB Microphone. The best test is generally to record your own voice at 48kHz.
Hi Oliver, Try unchecking the 'Use USB HID Flashing' option in the main menu for this device. The firmware is copied to the exernal SRAM on the AudioMoth and then a CRC check is performed. It's possible this AudioMoth has a bad SRAM. This workaround will enable you to flash the firmware. However, then check the audio quality in recordings. If it is just a few bits somewhere in the SRAM then you won't see any difference in recordings.
