I am attempting to use the Flash App version 1.7.0 to update firmware on audiomoth devices, however I am receiving a "No local release information" notification and a "Connection error" notification. I currently have stable internet connection and the app is working on my colleagues computer but not mine (we are on the same internet). The computer runs on Windows 10 Enterprise.
I have attempted to restart the computer, restart the application, reinstall the application, and try out the application on a different internet connection. None of these worked. Any thoughts on what may be blocking the app from connecting?

The Flash App accessing the full list of available firmware releases on the internet each time it is started. If there is no internet connection it will default back to using a cahched local list. In this case, it hasn't either so can't proceed. Could there be some firewall or security setting that is preventing it from accessing the internet?
