Flashing red and green

Hi, I have 3 audio moths which are not recording. 2 were recording before however do not record now. They are all flashing green and red at the same time. I've checked that the SD cards are working and battieries are full. Any help would be appreciated?

One of my two AudioMoths isn't working as it should. The two lights, red and green, start flashing when the time is set. Sometimes it even records some audio, but the rest gives a recording error. I've already changed the SD card, the batteries, the configuration, the firmware is up to date and the recorder is still having this problem. How can I solve this problem?

The battery voltage here is quite low - 3.5V. That's close to the value we'd expect the AudioMoth to start having problems writing to the SD card as the voltage will drop a lot further when the battery is under load (it is measured under very light load at the start of the recording).

If you use the 'Summarise AudioMoth Files' option under the 'Process' menu in the Configuration App you'll be able to see the voltage in all the recordings. Check the batteries as 3.5V is very low for Alkaline batteries - they are close to be completely exhausted when the voltage is down to 1.1 - 1.2V.
