No lights on audiomoth

I just received my new audiomoth. I inserted new batteries and get no lights on any of the three settings. I tested the batteries and they are fine and even inserted a new set of batteries with the same result.

Hi, Can you confirm which model of AudioMoth it is and where it came from. Without batteries, do you get any LED showing if you power it through the USB cable? Alex

If they haven't been programmed at all, you can plug them into the USB, and then short the PROG connectors together, and they should appear in the Flash App - it will say 'Found AudioMoth in serial flash mode'. If they have been programmed before, but incorrectly, then follow the process in the Flash App - short the PROG connectors together and then power up by plugging in the USB cable. It's a bit fiddly but always works in the end.
