Hello, I wonder if any of you have experienced the same issue. I had my audiomoth configured to record four 5-15 minute long recordings every day and I can indeed see the files on my SD card, but with zero kB size and no audio content. I am using a Sandisk Extreme 32 gb card and so far, I've had no issues with it. I had it set to a high sample rate 384 kHz and the batteries were not full, so what I am afraid happaned was that this put too much load on the card and interrupted the recording right at the start? When I set it to custom, it shows an uninterrupted red light and flashing green light and when I play the chime it changes to flashing green light, so it should be set to record. What's even worse is that now the config app does not seem to be able to recognize the device when connected by USB. The device shows a solid green light, but the device does not appear at all in the app. Thanks for your thoughts.

Hi,
I suspect the USB problem is independent of the other problem and is caused by the USB cable being a charging cable rather than a data cable. Double-check with another cable.
Can you use the 'Summarise AudioMoth Files' option in the Config App (it's under the 'Process' menu to generate a summary of the SD card contents), and post that along with the CONFIG.TXT file.
Is it possible that that SD card is full? You should reformat the card between use as deleting the files on the SD card often just hides them and AudioMoth is not able to remove the hidden files as the same time as writing the new files.
